当社には、大きく鉄鋼事業・エンジニアリング事業・半導体事業の主力の三事業があります。
その中で、鉄鋼事業は、当社の創業以来の事業で根幹をなす事業です。
あらゆる機械化が進む前から長年にわたり、
人力主体の操業を担ってきたからこそ得られたノウハウを具現化・自動化・省力化し、
製鉄事業のパートナーとして貢献し続けています。

その間、多くのエンジニアや独自技術・独自設備を輩出し、
当社のエンジニアリング事業を生み、また金属研磨技術や水処理技術を発展させ、
もう一つの半導体事業の展開へとつながりました。

Hamada Heavy Industries has three main businesses: steel, engineering, and semiconductors. Of these, the steel business has been our core business since our company’s foundation. Over many years, before all kinds of mechanization, we have used the knowledge gained from human-powered operations to embody, automate and save labor, and continue to contribute as a partner of steel production.

Over this time, many engineers produced unique technology and original equipment, our engineering business was born, and we developed metal polishing technology and water treatment technology,
which led to our semiconductor business expansion.
