"Sincerity" to Customers and Society

Since 1898, when we were contracted to work on the government-controlled Yawata Steel Works, we have been involved in the steel business for over a century, striving to improve our technological capability and gain trust. The technology developed there eventually evolved into the engineering business, and rather than limiting ourselves to the steel business, we expanded into maintenance for a wide range of cultural, sports and leisure facilities.
In recent years, we have entered the semiconductor silicon wafer reproduction processing field, and we are highly supported by our customers in Japan and overseas. In February 2023, we embarked on a fresh start as Hamada Rectech Ltd., and together with the steel and engineering business, these form the three pillars of our Group business foundation. In addition, we are also involved in a variety of initiatives that respond to changes of the times and social demands, such as reducing environmental impact.
On the occasion of our 120th anniversary in June 2018, we newly adopted the following corporate philosophy and slogan.
